Information Sharing
Property Management Providers
Booking details are shared with our PMS partners solely to fulfill your reservation, including housekeeping scheduling and access code provisioning.
Payment Processing
Payment data is processed through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant and handles all sensitive payment information.
No Selling of Data
LuxeStays does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared with service providers necessary to deliver your booking.

All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3. The luxestays.host domain enforces HTTPS on every page.
Encrypted Storage
Personally identifiable information stored in our systems is encrypted at rest. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
