Terms of Service

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. LuxeStays does not store full credit card numbers on its own servers.

A valid payment method must be provided at the time of booking. Your card will be charged according to the payment schedule displayed during checkout.

LuxeStays reserves the right to adjust pricing for future bookings. Confirmed bookings are locked at the rate at the time of reservation.

Standard check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM, as detailed in our House Rules.

Upon booking confirmation, you will receive a unique smart-lock access code via email and your Digital Guidebook. This code is active from check-in time through check-out time.

Guests must verify the property condition upon arrival and report any issues within 2 hours of check-in. Issues reported after this window may be attributed to the guest's stay.

GTQ LLC operates LuxeStays as a registered fictitious name. GTQ LLC is a Florida Limited Liability Company.

GTQ LLC's total liability for any claim arising from or related to your booking or stay shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific booking in question.

GTQ LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

GTQ LLC acts as an intermediary between guests and property operations. While we maintain rigorous quality standards, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of utilities, internet, or amenities beyond our reasonable control.

All content on the LuxeStays website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, videos, icons, and software, is the property of GTQ LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from this website without prior written consent from GTQ LLC.

The LuxeStays name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of GTQ LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or your use of LuxeStays services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. Please contact legal@luxestays.host to initiate this process.

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within 30 days, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Each party shall bear its own costs for arbitration unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
