House Rules

A few guidelines to keep every LuxeStays Sanctuary comfortable, safe, and respectful for all guests and neighbors.

1. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in time is 3:00 PM (15:00) unless prior arrangement is made.
  • Check-out time is 11:00 AM sharp to allow for thorough cleaning and preparation.
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and a possible surcharge.

2. No Smoking

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vape devices, and any other combustible material.
  • An exterior cleaning fee of $150 USD will be charged if smoke residue is detected indoors after checkout.

3. No Parties or Events

  • Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted at any time.
  • Our properties are designed as quiet sanctuaries for work and rest. Disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.

4. Quiet Hours

  • Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily.
  • During quiet hours, please keep noise levels to a minimum out of respect for neighbors and other guests in the community.

5. Maximum Guests

  • The maximum number of guests per booking is specified on each property listing and must not be exceeded.
  • Unauthorized guests will be asked to leave immediately, and the booking may be terminated without refund.

6. Pets

  • Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis and require prior written approval before your stay.
  • A pet fee may apply. Unauthorized pets will result in a $200 USD surcharge and potential termination of the booking.

7. Smart-Lock Security

  • Each guest receives a unique smart-lock access code. This code is personal and must not be shared with anyone outside your booking party.
  • Access codes expire automatically at checkout. Requesting access for unauthorized individuals is a violation of these house rules.

8. Damage & Responsibility

  • Guests are responsible for any damages to the property or its contents beyond normal wear and tear.
  • Damages will be assessed at checkout and charged to the payment method on file. A detailed incident report will be provided.

9. Energy Conservation

  • All LuxeStays properties are equipped with solar-backed power systems for uninterrupted supply. However, we ask guests to be mindful of AC usage.
  • Closing doors and windows while the AC is running, and setting the thermostat to a reasonable temperature, helps conserve energy and supports our solar infrastructure.

10. Wi-Fi Usage

  • Unlimited Wi-Fi is included with every stay. Our Dual-WAN setup (Starlink + Fiber) ensures reliable connectivity.
  • Illegal activities, including but not limited to copyright infringement, hacking, or accessing unlawful content, are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11. Emergency Contact & Procedure

  • For on-property emergencies, contact your assigned field coordinator directly using the number provided in your Digital Guidebook.
  • For life-threatening emergencies, dial local emergency services (15 for medical, 15 for police, 16 for rescue) first, then notify LuxeStays support.
  • LuxeStays guest support is available at support@luxestays.host with a response time under 2 hours during business hours.

Cleaning & Linen Standards

All LuxeStays properties are maintained according to our internal SOP 03B standard operating procedure for linen replacement and deep cleaning between guest stays. This ensures hospital-grade hygiene and a consistently fresh arrival experience.
